"Condo sold with multiple offers and saved over $4700 in commissions"

Ambergate Realty Advisors sold our downtown condominium in very little time.  Our Real Estate advisor was very honest and straightforward with us in terms of keeping realistic expectations about the price that we could expect for our condo.  In an uncertain market, Stuart never gave up hope that we would find a buyer for our beautiful home and he did!  In addition, we were able to save money on the commission.  We had tried ComFree, but there was little action and did not appear to be much interest in buying our condo.  With Ambergate we sold quickly and we saved money on the commission.  I would recommend Ambergate Realty Advisors to sell your property.

Situation

Moe & Hughuette Mahendran were looking for a smarter, more effective and less expensive way to market their home for sale. Moe knew many traditional REALTORS®, but was not convinced that he would get value for money, or that they could get the job done in a way that would satisfy him. He also wanted to avoid the ‘for sale by owner’ approach. Moe asked the team at Ambergate Realty Advisors to take care of the sale.

Situation

Bill and Nancy decided to move to the other side of Edmonton to be close to family. They moved into their new townhouse and listed their old home with a REMAX agent that had been referred to them. The house sat unsold for almost a year. By this time, they were very worried, They had carried the costs of ownership for all of that time and their REALTOR® had no answers for them. Situation

Paul had purchased this home with his former wife. His new wife was keen to move out of the city to be nearer family. The challenge was that he had purchased right at the top of the market some years back and had also refinanced along the way. He did not have a great deal of equity in the home and so every penny counted. At first Paul tried advertising on Kijji to see if he could find a buyer himself. His experience was typical.
