Situation

Kyle had purchased a new unit in another building and he wanted to sell his Oliver area condo in order to free up surplus cash. At first Kyle tried advertising on Kijji. This produced only weak enquiries and he was reluctant to seek out traditional REALTORS® due to their high commissions. Kyle immediately liked the Ambergate Realty Advisors flat fee program due to its cost effectiveness and transparency.

Result

The downtown Edmonton condo market was awash with surplus inventory when we represented Kyle’s unit to the market. After a reasonable period of time we identified a buyer. We negotiated full market value and saved Kyle almost $3000 in commissions.
