Situation

Guy & Amalia purchased their home several years ago & picked it primarily because it was situated directly on a bus route. Amalia has since learned to drive & now that her job has changed, they wanted to find a slightly smaller home & perhaps one on a quieter street. At first, they listed with a discount brokerage. Their experience was not positive. Their REALTOR® took nice pictures & wrote a good description, but she missed the mark & the house did not sell.
