Situation

Robert wanted to sell the house for the most amount of money so that he had enough to leave Sherwood Park and buy a farm. Robert was extremely reluctant to pay expensive traditional commissions. This left Janet with few options and she tried Kijji advertising. She was not getting the quality of quantity of buyers she needed.
