Situation

Moe & Hughuette Mahendran were looking for a smarter, more effective and less expensive way to market their home for sale. Moe knew many traditional REALTORS®, but was not convinced that he would get value for money, or that they could get the job done in a way that would satisfy him. He also wanted to avoid the ‘for sale by owner’ approach. Moe asked the team at Ambergate Realty Advisors to take care of the sale.

Result

After about a month on the market, we negotiated a sale on behalf of Moe and Hughuette. We obtained 97% of list price & we saved our clients over $12,500 in commissions with our direct sell program.
