Situation

Robert was very skeptical of REALTORS® to sell his home in Highlands. He had already tried a traditional REALTOR® and the home had sat on the market for an entire summer. Stuart Neal our broker owner explained to Robert that creating too much ‘negative history’ for a home eventually stigmatizes that home and it becomes increasingly difficult to sell for full market value. Robert and Stuart agreed on a plan and a ‘market position’ for the home that would deliver early success.

Result

We created multiple offers, saved Robert almost $12,000 in commissions and negotiated full market value. Robert could not have been happier with the result.
