Situation

Robert and Susan Kreller needed to downsize and Robert in particular was not eager to payout over $20,000 in commissions to a traditional REALTOR® . Robert saw one of our signs in his Sherwood Park neighborhood and called us for details. After receiving a one on one consult at their home, Robert and Susan decided to hire Ambergate Realty Advisors.

Result

Marketing this home had challenges. It was situated right at the entrance to the neighborhood and there was lots of traffic. This made for a tough sell to families with small children. However, despite the challenges, the Ambergate home sellers program delivered the result that Susan and Robert were looking for. The home sold for 99.83 % of list price and we saved our clients almost $5000 in commissions.
