Situation

Kyle had purchased a new unit in another building and he wanted to sell his Oliver area condo in order to free up surplus cash. At first Kyle tried advertising on Kijji. This produced only weak enquiries and he was reluctant to seek out traditional REALTORS® due to their high commissions. Situation

Carol and Randy became interested in the Ambergate Realty Advisors flat fee home selling program after trying to sell with Comfree for a while. Homes for sale in Edmonton continued to sell quickly this past July. The average seller was putting their home under contract in only 51 days, down one day compared to 2016. This suggests ongoing and underlying confidence on the part of home buyers.

Sales Values
