The firms formally known as the Beaverbrook Group of Companies (Dolce Vita, MODA, InHouse, Beaverbrook Communities, Beaverbrook Commercial) came together under a new brand.

Self-guided programs are being offered by several builders in the Edmonton area including Cantiro Homes and I suspect it won’t be long before this is the ‘norm’. So, what does this mean and how does it work? In times gone by, the only way you could access a model home was to make an appointment with the sales manager for the area. Today technology allows you to access a model home at a time convenient to you. No salesperson is needed, although you should expect to be monitored via camera.

2. A Community & Homestyle for Everyone

3. Personalization Packages
Cantiro Homes offers you a chance to make your new home uniquely yours. How do they do this and keep the pricing reasonable?
They offer 3 packages. Cantiro Homes calls these packages Amplify, Design & Enhance.
The Amplify packages gives you a chance to enhance your home with a nicer hood fan, an upgraded kitchen tap, a feature wall and better lighting in the master bedroom.
The Define package enables you to enhance your finish quality and adjust floor plans with the full support of a design expert.
The Enhance package provides an opportunity to change out many more features including cabinets, fixtures, electrical options, a full custom floor plan, a gourmet kitchen upgrade, fireplace, upper grade finishes and special shelving options.
