Single family home values are about 6% UP on last year. This may not continue if pent up supply comes into the market i.e., home owners whom have decided to wait the Covid crisis out decide now is the time. On the other hand, condos have not experienced strong demand and values are still down.

All bets are off in terms of where the market is headed. If more sellers rush into the market because they have heard things are so good this would create an oversupply. The market could turn in just a few weeks from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market.
