He came out and went through everything in detail, in fact that is the most anyone has explained to us regarding our house, what we can expect and how much we should pay to a realtor. I liked the concept of realty advisor and Stuart filled that role brilliantly. He did his homework on the housing market at the time, the neighborhood, and the house. We discussed various options for pricing and he provided good advice on presentation.
