Situation

Bonnie and John decided to move to a condo for a simpler life. This meant that they would need to sell the family home. What to do? They were reluctant to pay traditional REALTOR^® commissions so they tried Comfree. And why not? The argument to do so was strong. Comfree sells access to many of the same tools that REALTORS^® use so it should be easy to sell they thought. Their thinking was that all they needed was an MLS listing and a few open houses and the home will be sold.

Unfortunately, the home languished on the market for months. They had lots of visitors but no offers. They then chose a traditional well known local expert. Surely this time the home would be sold.
