Situation

Dave Ungstad is a former REALTOR®. It was time for Edie and Dave to move to their new home in Victoria. Because of Dave’s previous industry experience they made the decision to purchase the 'for sale by owner' program from Comfree.

Unfortunately a competitive market, combined with Dave’s lack of time to focus on the effective marketing of the home, resulted in disappointing results. There were not many showings and those that did occur were of poor quality. Edie and Dave started to look around for smart effective options to get the home sold.
