General Comments

Jasper House represents the first foray by Lamb Development Corp. into the Edmonton condo market. At the time of writing, (May 17, 2015) and according to the staff in the sales suite, the building is about 30% sold. We understand that the developer needs to see 50% of the units sold before construction will begin. We also understand that if things go to plan, construction will commence in the fall of 2015 with completion by 2018.

The building will be constructed primarily of concrete and comprise 287 units across 37 floors.

Overview

The Jasper House facade at street level will be modern, featuring long clean windows. Above the first few floors, the building will feature an outer skin of steel and glass. For Jasper House, the developer has created ‘a private members club theme’ for the entire building. For example the unit models have been given names such as: Metropolitan Club, Norwood Club, Spoke Club and Harvard Club etc.

The top floor at Jasper House will feature a private dining facility, fitness facility and a plunge pool.

Prices start in the late $200’s for a one bedroom unit. Two bedroom units start in the early $400’s. There are also 2 Penthouse units available at Jasper House and these are priced at approx. $1.7 million and $1.8 million dollars.
