Situation

Kris and Garth decided to move to the United States to be near elderly parents. Their initial decision was to list with a traditional REALTOR^® but that did not work. Next, they tried Kijiji. That failed too.

Kris and Garth started to look around for alternative service providers. They considered Comfree (now Purple Brick) but ruled it out as they wanted a higher level of service and local expertise than was offered by this company. We negotiated a sale at full market value. Kris, Garth and their family are now living happily in Texas.
