Situation
Moe & Hughuette Mahendran were looking for a smarter, more effective and less expensive way to market their home for sale. Moe knew many traditional REALTORS®, but was not convinced that he would get value for money, or that they could get the job done in a way that would satisfy him. After about a month on the market, we negotiated a sale on behalf of Moe and Hughuette. We obtained 97% of list price & we saved our clients over $12,500 in commissions with our direct sell program.
