So far this month and its only May 4^th, 141 condos have been listed for sale on the Edmonton MLS® System.

In April 1049 condos were listed for sale on the Edmonton MLS® System.

As a buyer there is no need to be too concerned. We are just about to hit the peak of the market for supply. May and June is when most home sellers enter the market, so opportunity awaits.
