Situation
Tony had lived in this Beverley Heights home for some years and spent a great deal of time and money renovating it. Perhaps he spent too much money. Tony realized he was not going to get all of his money back when selling so he started to look around for 2 things.
First a local expert. Stuart Neal our broker owner and team leader lives right next door in Highlands and the office is close by i.e. right next door to Mandolin bookstore.
Second, he was looking for a real estate service provider that offered solid value for money. The flat fee program offered by Vital Home Realty was the obvious choice.
Result
Our marketing program was extremely effective. During the time we represented Tony we generated offer from 4 different buyer candidates.
At first Tony chose to reject some very good offers, convinced as he was that a there was ‘always a better off out there’. Unfortunately, this did not prove to be true and eventually Tony chose to accept an offer right in the middle of the value range we suggested to him at the start of our marketing program.
