Home buying service fees are normally ‘baked in’ to the transaction itself. Therefore, many home buyers consider our services to be FREE.

Our services are NOT free. A competent professional must be able to explain their value proposition to ensure they paid when dealing with for example a for sale by owner or when they need the buyer client to sign an exclusive search / brokerage contract.

The home selling market is highly competitive. Technology & well-heeled entrants are encouraging potential home sellers to question the value of traditional real estate commissions.

Our home selling program is a unique & exclusive blend of high-quality FULL SERVICE married to a reasonable (not cheapest) FLAT FEE.

 

Where Do We Deliver our Services?

Our physical office is not important. We meet most clients ‘on-line’ or out in the field. Our advisors divide their time between a home office & meeting with clients.

 

Our Promotional Programs

You will receive training & be encouraged to use your own social skills, time, effort & contacts to generate business from the local market.

In addition, we have developed a comprehensive marketing program involving all manner of advertising mediums including social media & Google to provide a supply of potential client introductions.

We are developing our brokerage along the lines of a European real estate office. We employ a small & effective team of admin staff that will provide you with support as you develop your client base & conduct business.
