Edmonton South East

This area comprises of new homes in the outer communities and plenty of new infill constructs too. Some of the older homes date back to the early 1900’s predominately in areas like: Bonnie Doon and King Edward Park. Mid-century condos are located in: Fulton Place, and Lee Ridge amongst others. The most expensive homes in this area are found in the exclusive communities of: Strathearn, Cloverdale and Forest Heights. In 2014, prices averaged just under $350,000 from a low value of only $72,000 approx. to a top value of $1.1 million dollars for a new home in Cloverdale. Homes and condos were typically selling in around 37 days. The south east quadrant is one of the most diverse sections of the city and slated for continued growth over the next few years aided in no small way by the completion of the LRT Valley Line through this section of metro Edmonton.
