Ryan purchased the home privately just a few years ago without the assistance and advice of a REALTOR®. As a result, perhaps he paid more than he should have. Therefore, when it came to selling, Ryan needed the best REALTOR® program he could find for the lowest reasonable fee.

Maya & Petar purchased this home in The Hamptons just a few years ago & due to market pressure at that time, they paid much more than they were comfortable with. Jasbinder and Gurdip originally built the home in Wildrose with the intention of living in it. In the end they chose to stay on their acreage. After spending 10 years in Alberta, Linda and Michael decided it was time to head back home to Ontario. Betty and her husband Erin purchased a business in Lethbridge. This life event encouraged them to sell off some of their real estate holdings in Edmonton in order to free up some cash for purchasing a home in Lethbridge.

Luay and his family decided to purchase a business in Ontario. This meant that they needed to sell their home in Summerside on the south side of Edmonton. Luay had purchased the home brand new from the builder and subsequently paid full retail only a few years ago. Mr. Gulati and his wife Mrignayani had decided to move into the home of their daughter and family.
