I am pleased to recommend Ambergate Realty Advisors, and Stuart Neal. Stuart gave great advice on all aspects of the sale, from staging our home and presentation, the current market conditions and pricing the home to sell, to handling tricky negotiations with prospective buyers. I got solid advice and despite the challenging times (selling your home in a pandemic sales is never easy :)) I got a very good deal. Stuart’s extended team were also great – communication from his office was timely and consistent, the photographer took amazing photos which showed our home really well and his recommended lawyer has been a pleasure to work with.

All in all an excellent experience.

Situation

Nayyar and Uzma were presented with an opportunity to move to Texas with Nayyar’s employer. They had purchased their Cumberland home in 2016 and therefore had not built up any equity. They decided to look around for a service provider that provided value, rather than a traditional and expensive REALTOR®. Their first option was Purple Bricks. They met and interviewed a representative from Purple Bricks. They were concerned about contracting with a company based in Quebec, rather than a team based here in Edmonton.

Situation

M & M originally from Holland have lived in Canada for about the last 20 years. They have purchased one or two homes ‘for sale by owner’ and their first inclination was to try and sell this home on Gladstone Crescent in St Albert the same way. Situation

Charlotte and her partner Michel decided to go their separate ways. In the first instance Charlotte explored buying out her partner, but ultimately, she could not afford to do so given that she had been laid off for most of the summer.

Situation 

Dean purchased this lovely home and ultimately realized it was too big for him and on the wrong side of town. Dean was not keen on spending a large amount of money on real estate commissions and so he purchased a program from Purple Bricks. The registration process was fine. The Purple Bricks tech took the photos and some pertinent details. The Purple Bricks tech also installed the for-sale sign. Stuart Neal and Ambergate Advisors are an amazing company to work with!! I have used Stuart twice to both sell and buy properties (2012 and 2019). I was under a very tight timeline with my most recent sale and Stuart got me a full price offer within 2 days of listing! All of this was done at time of year where home buying slows down a lot (Christmas). Everyone that Stuart works with is great too, especially Pam in his office, his recommended lawyer, and the photographer who took the best pictures of my house I’d ever seen. Amy and Doug owned this Blackmud Creek home for a number of years whilst their children were growing up. Situation

Lyle had plans to build a log home in the foothills. The market had not been kind since he purchased this home and renovated it.
