I know Stuart through a club we both belonged to and while we were chatting, I found out what he did for a living. A few years later I needed to sell a house and contacted Stuart. I liked the concept of realty advisor and Stuart filled that role brilliantly. He did his homework on the housing market at the time, the neighborhood, and the house. We discussed various options for pricing and he provided good advice on presentation.
